  I have gone there about 4 times over 3 years. Each time I have gone I have always been either disappointed or it has been "just OK". The only reason we return is because my wife really enjoys DQ and this one is near our house. Though going forward we will just have to go to a different DQ branch.
  
  Our most recent visit today I ordered a Blizzard for my wife and a cone dipped in chocolate for my daughter.
  
  My wife's blizzard and my daughter's cone were both very melted, as if they did not keep their ice cream cold enough. I've eaten at many other DQs over the years and never experienced this issue.
  
  Additionally, my daughter's cone was broken at the bottom so her ice cream started to leak out of the bottom during our ride in the car after being on the road for less than two minutes.
  
  To add insult to injury the serving size was much smaller than normal. When what I pay for an ice cream cone is the same cost as a gallon of ice cream at the store, I would at least expect them to make a normal sized cone. (This was far smaller than the image on their menu display which is what most DQ cones are served as)
  
  The last time we were there about a year ago their chocolate ice cream had actually SPOILED.
  
  It tasted like rancid milk, I took the cone back the store and complained and they said, "Oh, we just cleaned the machine, it must still have some cleaner fluid in it..."
  
  I still think the milk was rancid, but if they truly clean their machines and just leave the cleaning fluid in it...??? That can't be a good thing either. :(
  
  Very disappointed... I will not be returning anymore after this.
